  6.          Because of the varied regional cost and labor factors
  7.          involved with insulation efforts, Richardson Engineering
  8.          provides customized cost databases for the EIS programs.
  9.  
  10.          Your present disk contains database files denoting AVERAGE
  11.          cost figures. If you desire site specific installation
  12.          figures, the user can do one of the following:
  13.  
  14.            1) Utilize the EPIDB or EEIDB cost database programs
  15.               included with the EIS software package.
  16.  
  17.                                 -- OR --
  18.  
  19.            2) Mail your cost information to Richardson Engineering.
  20.               Your data files will be generated and mailed back to
  21.               you on a floppy disk.
  22.  
  23.               Based on user supplied cost information, Richardson
  24.               Engineering can create your customized database files
  25.               for $50 per insulation type. Cost information and 
  26.               project requirements should be mailed to the address
  27.               noted below.
